Online Registration  

Cogran online sports registration system allows families and individuals to register for a season of games in any sport. But we go beyond youth and adult registration; we extend the software for volunteer, sponsor, coach, training/clinic, tournament, and referee registration.

Members will be guided through a step-by-step registration process. Along the way you’ll be collecting key information like medical data, uniform needs, and special requests. Registration is by household to save time and simplify the experience.

You will be able to provide flexible payment options by credit card or check, set early/late fees, limit registration numbers by program, produce state reports and much more.

Event Registration

Our online event registration system lets you offer everyone the convenience of online event registration, promote and create your own events like fundraisers and tournaments, and handle payments right from your website.

League Management

Manage your travel and recreation leagues by monitoring registrations, player requests and take into account school areas and last season’s team assignments to form teams automatically or with manual interaction at a click. For larger clubs, the Cogran system allows for team assignments by multiple age group coordinators. Easy to use options allow for automatic team creation, coach-to-player assignment, player assignment and multiple age group allocations.

Team Scheduling

Launch the sports scheduling software with the click of a button. Enter the number of games, select the field for each age group and gender, and let the system do the rest. Approved schedules will display online immediately. Other scheduling options include practice sessions and multiple rounds per week.

Team Management

Coaches will be able to access their team’s web page and upload photos. Display schedules, rosters, and key team contacts. Coaches will also be able to rate and evaluate their players online for player development purposes. The coach will also be provided with a printout of the medical release forms for each player.

Email Management

One of our most popular features. The email system is specific to sports organizations. It allows administrators to target households, volunteers, and registrants by many criteria (e.g. season,event, age group, gender, league, team) and send emails. Other options allow you to send rosters, game schedules, and much more with a click.

Roster Management

The Cogran system allows for an unlimited number of positions—coach, assistant coach, and manager—to be assigned to a team. Once players are assigned, a roster can then be emailed to parents and coaches. In many cases, a roster with contact information is also printed and provided to coaches for their records.

Referee Scheduling

Referees can register online, get approved and then self-schedule themselves to games. It is your choice to self schedule or centrally assign referees to games. A game verification process will then trigger a payment report and save considerable paperwork. Specifically targeted emails can then be sent to referees as needed to
manage changes. A referee schedule can also be emailed.

Club Administration

Managing a sport club entails many administrative functions beyond accepting online registration. We provide functions and reports to help the treasurer control the club’s finances and manage the club’s operations. Cogran also provides output files or reports to state associations.
