How easy is the system to use?
Our members vary in computing system expertise, and when tasks are done once each season, ease of use is of utmost importance; at Cogran Systems, this was a challenge we enjoyed undertaking.

- Simplify the work-flow with a single system – presto a streamlined club
The system captures information, starting with online registration and stores all the data in a single database. Once registration is closed, teams are created, coaches and players assigned to teams, schedules produced, referees assigned, and game results recorded. There is no duplication, and information is instantly up to date. When time is short, coordinating tasks becomes easier, slashes your dependence on paper, excel spreadsheets, and excessive emails.
- Separate individual tasks by role – personalize
A club or association has many individuals, each with their own responsibilities. Under a single system, these processes are accessible by all, but why show the tasks that are not relevant to the individual? We solve this problem by assigning individual users to roles in the system. This means a user will only see the options that are relevant to them - no more and no less.
- Provide step-by-step guides and follow up with personal support – make it usable
Your users are often new to the task, sport administration introduces challenges to manual and computer processes. We solve this issue by providing step-by-step guides on each form and we further allow you to personalize the text for your own club.
